Abstract
ABSTRACT
The main objective of this research is to develop the management model of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career and professional qualifications to develop the quality of learners and communities in Phetchabun Polytechnic College and specific purpose are 1). To study the current condition and guideline for the management of the testing center. 2). To create the management model of the testing center. 3). To try out the management model of the testing center. 4). To evaluate the results of using management model of the testing center , conducted the research in 4 parts , including Part 1. Study the current condition and guideline for the management of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career. Part 2. Create the management model of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career. Part 3. Try out the management model by a model trial project which has 4 activities under the project , the period is 1 academic year operation started from May 2019 - March 2020. Part 4. Evaluate the results of the use of management model of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career by college administrators , teachers , learners and communities were obtained by Purposive Sampling. By using questionnaires and reports , data analysis by determining the percentage , mean , standard deviation and content analysis.
Result of the study found that
- The current condition for management of the testing center was average overall value at the moderate level.
- The created pattern has 4 main elements : 1). Principles and aims 2). Action mechanism
3). Management process and 4). Monitoring and evaluation of performance.
- Result of try out the management model of the testing center , operation started from May 2019 - March 2020. Carry out activities under the project of try out the model , the results of the experiment showed that the overall project success was at a high level and the satisfaction to the project , the overall average was at the highest level.
- Evaluation result of using management model of the testing center found that :
4.1 Evaluation result of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career by the institute of professional qualifications (Public Organization) found that the readiness of Phetchabun Polytechnic College passed all assessment criteria.
4.2 Achievements of beauty business professionals with competencies in knowledge, skills and work attitudes in academic year 2019 have a higher average than the academic year 2018 in percentage 11.13 .
4.3 The satisfaction of learners to the management of the testing center was average overall value at the highest level.
4.4 The number of learners and communities who passed the professional qualification test and got a job / to continue doing business successful for 112 people in percentage 100 .
4.5 The number of people using the service of the testing center find 79 people in academic year 2019 and 112 people in academic year 2020 which the number of people using the service has increased 33 people in percentage 41.77 .
4.6 The opinion of the community to the management of the testing center and certify the performance of the person according to the standard of career was average overall value at a high level.
