Research "The scout skill and Rover Scout development in institute of Vocational education : NortheasternRegion, the objectives to study are 1) the skills of Rover Scout in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region. 2) Rover Scout development in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region. 3) The relationship skill of Rover Scout with Rover Scout development in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region. From research samples were 338 people.
The instruments used is the rating-scale and open-ended questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson Product – Moment Correlation Coefficients by comparing with criteria of Sirichai Kanchanavasi. The research findings were as follows: 1)the skills of Rover Scout in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region in overall were at high level. 2)Rover Scout development in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region in overall were at high level. 3)The relationship skill of Rover Scout with Rover Scout development in colleges of Vocational education : Northeastern Region. in overall were at moderate level. at 0.1 significance
