Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to design and develop a borrow-return information system. materials and equipment 2) to evaluate the

Thirty system users and three information system development specialists made up the two groups that comprised the sample. According to the study's findings, the system is capable of managing the borrowing and returning of materials, equipment, and information. It can also monitor the outcomes of such borrowing and returning. The system can also handle user data for the borrowing and returning of supplies and equipment. It may provide data in a variety of forms to suit user needs, including reporting on the loaning and returning of supplies and equipment. and divided by staff reporting on the equipment and material balance, among other things. Both the overall system user satisfaction study's findings (X =4.11, S.D.=0.46) and the expert appraisal of the system's efficiency (X=4.68, S.D.=0.23) were at a high level.
