THE DEVELOPMENT NON-FORMAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM ENHANCE TO INNOVATION IN CAREERS DESIGN FOR EDUCATION AGE IN SAKON NAKHON PROVINCE

Abstract
This research had Quasi-experimental research to the purpose of this research was 1) The development non-formal vocational education curriculum enhance to innovation design for education age in Sakon Nakhon province 2) To assessment to the development non-formal vocational education curriculum enhance to innovation design for education age in Sakon Nakhon province. The sample consisted of 100 high vocational certificate students by purposive sampling. The instruments used lesson plans, academic achievement test. The statistics used were frequency, percentage and Effectiveness Index (E.I.).The research found that The non-formal vocational education curriculum was title, principles, goal, competence based, requirements, explanation of the course, content and lesson plan. effect of active learning for high vocational certificate students was highest level. 2. These was effectiveness index at 0.6986 or 69.86%.
