Development Of A Strategic Administration Model Using Participation Principles And Innovative Skills To Improve The Quality Of Education of Kranuan Industrial and Community Education College

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the problems and needs to improve the quality of Kranuan Industrial and Community Education College, 2) to develop and experiment with A Strategic Administration Model Using Participation Principles And Innovative Skills To Improve The Quality Of Education Of Kranuan Industrial and Community Education College, and 3) to evaluate and improve the the Strategic Administration Model Using Participation Principles And Innovative Skills To Improve The Quality Of Education Of Kranuan Industrial and Community Education College. The research and development process consists of 4 stages: 1st Problem study (R1), 2nd development (D1), 3rd experiment (Research2), and 4th evaluate and improve (D2). Keyinformant: (1) There were 25 Administrators and teachers In the year 2022, (2) There were 37 Administrators and teachers In the year 2023, (3) 10 Committee, (4) 5 experts, (5) 314 students, and (6) 314 parents of students. The results showed that: 1. There were problems in the field of innovation, inventions, the teacher's creative and research work, There were a need for information technology development, and trains the analytical thinking process in creating innovative works. 2. A Strategic Administration Model ( SOMRAK Model) consi st s of Standard, Rules&Context Operation,Man, Money, Material,Related Knowledge, a nd Knowledge, Skill, and Quality Goal. 3. Performance: (1) Quality of learners (1.1) 80% of students had improved academic achievement, (1.2) 80% of students had increased skills to be innovators (5i skills), and (1.3) 80% of students had desirable characteristics of vocational education graduates, (2) Quality of teachers and educational personnel (2.1) 80% of teachers have developed their teaching and learning management capacity (2.2) 80% of teachers have created teaching innovations, effective measurement, and evaluation, (3) Management Quality (3.1) Administrators created their innovations in the management of educational institutions that have been developed as operational guidelines to improve the quality of education, (3.2) Administrators had a strategy for managing education that focuses on learners and received the participation from students, Parents, and the community in organizing education systematically. 4. The evaluation of the overall model's use had the highest quality. The efficiency was at the highest level. The group of informants had the highest level of satisfaction with the education management.
