Model of Improving the Quality of Learners with a Cooperative Network Luangphokhun Parisuttho Technical College

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the use of the model of improving the quality of learners through a collaborative network. Luang Pho Khun Prisutho Technical College conducted the research in 4 parts, including Part 1: Studying the conditions and modeling the development of the quality of learners through the Cooperation Network by asking about the condition of the quality development of learners in a sample of 79 people by conducting a questionnaire with an estimate of 5 levels and conducting interviews with qualified people. To study the guidelines for improving the quality of learners with the Cooperative Network, Part 2: Creating a model for improving the quality of learners with the Cooperative Network, by synthesizing the data obtained from Part 1 to draft and verify the suitability. By organizing a group discussion by qualified people, it was obtained by selecting a specific design, preparing a manual for using the model, and examining the feasibility of the manual. 6 Projects Part 4 Evaluation of the Study of Learner Quality Development Model with the Cooperation Network Data Collection The results of the study showed that: 1.The results of the survey on the model of developing the quality of learners with the cooperative network are at a high level, and the approach has 4 components: 1)Administrative principles, 2)Driving mechanism, 3)Network management committee, 4)supervision, and education. 2.The results of the evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the model and the manual at the highest level, 3.The results of the trial of 6 projects at the highest level, and the results of the assessment of the knowledge and understanding of the participants increased. 4.Results of Learner Quality Development: 4.1)Results: Success in using the model and satisfaction of learners with the highest level 4.2)Quality of graduates and learners: Quality of graduates according to the National Vocational Education Qualification Framework B.E. 2562 (2019) in all 4 aspects, the highest level, and the academic achievement of learners. Overall Average 87.45% 4.3)Teacher Development Results At the highest level 4.4)The results of the development of educational institutions are as follows: (1)The number of establishment networks has increased, (2)the awards received from the implementation of the model. (3)10 additional supports received from the Cooperation Network, and (4)more self-employed learners.
