A Component Model of Artificial Intelligence Application in Educational Institution Administration Under the Institute of Vocational Education : Northeastern Region 3

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current state of artificial intelligence (AI) integration in educational administration, and 2) to develop a guideline for the integration of AI in educational administration of institutions under the Northeastern Vocational Education Institute Region 3. The sample consisted of 297 participants, including school administrators, curriculum chairs, and teachers, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and second-order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
The research findings revealed that: 1) the current state of AI integration was overall at a high level (ðĨĖ
= 4.21, S.D. = 0.61). 2) The developed guideline model demonstrated an excellent fit with the empirical data (Ï2/df=1.99,GFI=0.96,CFI=0.95,TLI=0.94,RMSEA=0.01). The five primary components, ranked by their standardized factor loadings (Îē), were: Academic Administration (Îē=1.03), Data Administration and Decision Making (Îē=1.01), Budget and Resource Administration (Îē=0.99), Personnel Administration (Îē=0.99), and Curriculum and Learning Innovation Administration (Îē=0.95), respectively. These findings provide a robust framework for vocational education administrators to systematically enhance organizational efficiency through AI technology.
