THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS TRAINEES FOR HOTEL BUSINESS AT THE LOCAL ZONE SEA HUA HIN IN ECONOMY ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS COMMUNITY

Abstract

The purposes of this  research were to study : 1)  the characteristics of Students Trainees for Hotel   Business at The  Local zone sea  Hua Hin  in  economy Association of  Southeast Asian Nations   community  2)  to  compare the characteristics of Students Trainees for Hotel   Business at The  Local zone sea  Hua Hin  in  economy Association of  Southeast Asian Nations   community  in between 6 sections.  The samples used in this research  were  966  of personnel from 23 five stars hotels . The respondents were the chief of a section, chief of field  and  ersonnel of take action in between 6 sections. The research instruments were questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, F – test (ANOVA – One-way Analysis of Variances)  and content analysis.  Findings of this research were as follows : 1) The overall characteristics of Students Trainees for Hotel   Business at The  Local zone sea  Hua Hin  in  economy Association of  Southeast Asian Nations   community  were mainly at high level. When consideration each part of the averaged characteristics it was respectively found as morality and ethics, relations and responsibility, knowledge and competency, interdisciplinary knowledge  numeric analysis information technology using , and basic subject knowledge. 2) The comparison of  the characteristics of Students Trainees for Hotel   Business at The  Local zone sea  Hua Hin  in  economy Association of  Southeast Asian Nations   community  in between 6 sections was not different at  the statistical significance of .05 level.
