Abstract

The study of “OLS” model to teach in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding to reinforce creative thinking and team work for Praibung Wittayakom School, Sisaket aims to 1) synthesize community cost of  systemically learning procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding; 2) study “OLS” model to teach in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding; 3)  develop “OLS” model to teach in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding; and 4) evaluate  creative thinking, team work and achievement of “OLS” model to teach in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding for Praibung Wittayakom School, Sisaket underneath 3 factors of learning management: input, process and output.


Study results:


          Community cost of systemically learning procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding is the way to develop school to be learning organization which related to schooling network management. Class management can be tool to create collaborative learning of directors, teachers, students and related people by PLC (Professional Learning Community). The systemically procedure included mental intelligent, system thinking, research-based project, thinking process and synthesizing process which are the model of experience transfer from real PLC. They can be tools for together learning to change, creating knowledge, being the people who got academic skill with positive attitude and rationality.


          Draft of “OLS” model for teaching in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding is the management to be succeeded for team work class management which there is planning for the way of learning together. This type of class management let teachers and students communicate each lesson including group discussion underneath 3 factors of learning management: input, process and output.


          “OLS” model to teach in learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding created effective class management under controlling staffs, participatory management, monitoring, networking, sustainability and production after lessons which created selective community with focus learning, brainstorming and invention from directors, teachers and students including wrap up and feedback to share for related levels.


          The evaluation of creativity, teamwork and achievement of community learning management learning community as systemically procedure for role model school in intelligent breeding for Praibung Wittayakom School, Sisaket, can be applied to class which was from 3 issues of creative comparison; teamwork; and learning achievement between experimental group and controlled group. The author found the differences following the hypothesis.
