THE EVALUATION PROJECT OF SCHOOL INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE BY USING SELF-TRAINING PACKAGE ON MONITORING OF EDUCATIONAL QUALITY IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTON OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

Abstract
The objectives of the evaluation project were 1) to analyze context of the project by studying the quality assurance context in schools under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Area office 5 2) to study input of the project 3) to study the process of the project about the appropriateness implementation of the quality assurance in school under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Area office 5 and 4) to study the product of the project. based on the concept of Stuffiebeam’s CIPP Model (2007 : 329). Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data.
Findings were as follow:
- The result of studying school internal quality assurance context in school under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Area office 5, it was found that in overall, schools implemented in low to medium level especially the fifth element, providing the quality monitoring, implemented in the lowest level ( = 1.84, S.D. = 0.45) and it was in the lowest level in every sub item.
- The result of studying the input of school internal quality assurance project, it was found that Project evaluation done by experts, it was considered that the project of school internal quality assurance by using self-training package on monitoring of educational quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Area office 5 was in high level in overall ( = 4.40,SD. = 0.09), which passed the criteria set (≥ 3.50).
- The result of studying the process of the project which was the appropriateness implementation of the quality assurance in schools under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Area office 5 by studying teachers’ satisfaction, it was that the project satisfied the teachers in overall at high level ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.14) which passed the criteria set (≥ 3.50)
- The result of the product were as follow are The comparison of teachers’ self-evaluation in practical level according to quality monitoring before and after project implementation, it was found that teachers’ self-evaluation after the project implementation was significantly increased higher than before project implementation at the .01 level. (before =1.75, S.D.= .03 , after = 4.34, S.D.= .01, t-test = 74.35)
