THE ASSESS OF COMPETENCIES IN PRACTICE OF SANITARY CERAMICS PRODUCTION STAFFS IN SARABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The aims of this research are to develop measurement to competency assessment and competence assessment in practice of production staffs. The sample focus on Saraburi province is selected by purposive sampling to sampling the staffs in sanitary ceramic production. They must be experienced at least two years and work in day shift with the number of 33 applicants. The tools assessed such as a knowledge test by the objective test (four choices), the practice test, the oral examination, and assessment of behavior. The statistical method used for mean, percent, standard deviation, index of item-objective congruence and content validity index.

The findings reveal that the develop assessment tools at appropriate the highest level by getting the index of item-objective congruence is higher than the standard. In the knowledge, side found the applicants passed the criteria of the competency assessment at 93.33 percent and who not passed the criteria of the competency assessment at 6.06 percent.
