Abstract

A Study of Developed Leadership and Work Happiness of Employees in a Private Organization purpose 1). To study the leadership style of working and the happiness of the employees in a private organization And 2). To study the comparison of leadership and happiness classified by personal characteristics. By using quantitative research methods Use survey methods Gather the data from the questionnaire using a sample of employees of a private company.
