การพัฒนาระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชน 2) ทดลองใช้ระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนและ 3) ประเมินการทดลองใช้และปรับปรุงระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาในวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดยดำเนินการแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ประกอบด้วยวิธีวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนคือขั้นตอนที่ 1 การพัฒนาระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดยการวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์เอกสารและสำรวจการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อร่างระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) และการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติโดยการยืนยันฉันทามติโดยสำรวจความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ที่รับผิดชอบงานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาโดยเลือกประเด็นที่ผู้ตอบเห็นด้วยตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไปมาสร้างเป็นระบบขั้นตอนที่ 2 การทดลองใช้ระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดยนำระบบที่ได้จากขั้นตอนที่ 1 ไปทดลองใช้ในวิทยาลัยชุมชนสระแก้วเป็นระยะเวลา 4 เดือนขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินผลการทดลองใช้และปรับปรุงระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาโดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิปป์และนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุงระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาฯ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนมีองค์ประกอบของระบบ 4 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าประกอบด้วยนโยบายการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบฯแผนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาแผนการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษางบประมาณวัสดุ-อุปกรณ์สถานที่จัดกิจกรรม  2) ด้านกระบวนการประกอบด้วยหน้าที่ของผู้อำนวยการหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาหน้าที่ของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรมนักศึกษาและการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา 3) ด้านผลผลิตนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยชุมชนมีคุณสมบัติสอดคล้องกับปรัชญาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนและกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาและการป้อนกลับ 4) การนำผลการประเมินไปปรับปรุงปัจจัยนำเข้าและกระบวนการเพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตที่ดีขึ้นการทดลองใช้ระบบฯทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบมีผลการประเมินผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินและนำมาปรับปรุงให้ได้ระบบการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาที่มีความเหมาะสมกับวิทยาลัยชุมชน

DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT ACTIVITY PROMOTION SYSTEM IN COMMUNITY COLLEGES

The objective of this research were (1) To development of student activity promotion system in Community Colleges (2) To try out student activity promotion system in community colleges and (3) To assess of the try out student activity promotion system. The research methodology was research and development as divided into 3 steps as follows: (1) The development of student activity promotion system (2) The implement of the try out student activity promotion system (3) The assessment of the try out student activity promotion system and the improvement and modification of the development of student activity promotion system

The research results showed that the development of student activity promotion system in community colleges had four elements consisting of: (1) Input was the policy of student activity promotion, concerning personnel, plan of the development of student activity, plan of student activity, students, materials – equipment, place for student activities, organization of student activities, (2) Process were included of the director duties, the student activity promotion committee, the function of student activity advisors and the action of student activities. (3) Output were the students of community colleges were qualified of accord with the community college of philosophy and standard framework of qualification in the level institution of education and (4) Feedback was the outcome of the assessment for considering the development of input and process for higher quality output. As for the student activity promotion system assessment, all four elements met the evaluation criterion. The system revision results lead to a suitable of student activity promotion system for the community colleges.
