Abstract

The research of managements of private sector and acceptance of law amendment to promote the ex-convicts to work according to their experiences and labour skills acquiring from training is aimed to research and analyze the law that make private sector accepting                                and promoting ex-convicts to work with according to their experiences and labour skills acquiring from training and to propose recommendation in both policy and practices relating to amend the law in promoting ex-convicts to work according to their experiences and labour skill acquiring from training. This research is the qualitative research based on documentary research. From the research, it is finding that the Thailand has prepared them before releasing by providing occupational training in prisons. However, due to the criminal record of ex-convicts,
it is the reason that the business operators in private sector have not trusted to accept them to work with because the private sector has concern about damage to life, assets and reputation which may be damaged.
