THE ADMINISTRATION OF STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM OF THE ADMINISTRATORS OF TRIAMUDOMSUKSA PATTANAKARN SCHOOL GROUP

Abstract
This survey research aimed to study and compare the administration of a student care and support system by the administrators of the Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school group. The sample group used in the research consisted of 301 teachers classified by education level, work experience and school size. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 42 items rated on a 5-point scale, querying about the administration of a student care and support system by the administrators of the Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn school group, with a reliability value of 0.977. The statistics used in the research included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, and comparison of the mean score differences were employed. The results showed that:
- Teachers’ opinions, overall and for each dimension, were at a high level when considering opinions for each dimension including 1) Screening students separately, 2) Promoting student development, 3) Preventing and solving problems, and 5) forwarding.
- Comparison of teachers’ opinions concerning showed that, when classified by level of education, work experience, and school size, the results could be summarized as follows.
2.1 Teachers with different educational levels had similar opinions, overall and for each aspect.
2.2 Teachers with different levels of work experience had varying opinions, overall and when screening students separately, promoting student development, preventing and solving problems showed a statistically significant difference at .05.
2.3 Teachers at schools of different sizes had similar opinions, overall and for each aspect.
