การส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี

Abstract

                 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครู สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง เพศ สถานภาพการสมรส วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาที่สังกัด และขนาดของโรงเรียน 3)ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครู สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหาร และครู ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 348 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบคุณภาพและมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.978

                  ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า1. การส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านในสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี  ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปน้อย 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ ด้านผู้บริหาร  ด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอน  และด้านสภาพแวดล้อม  ส่วนอันดับสุดท้าย ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและองค์กรเอกชน  2. การเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านในสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี  จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง  วุฒิการศึกษา  สถานภาพสมรส  และขนาดโรงเรียน ให้ระดับการปฏิบัติส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ  สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา  ประสบการณ์การทำงาน  ให้ระดับการปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่าน ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน   3. วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากประเด็นการจัดกลุ่มสนทนา เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านในสถานศึกษาควรจัดกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมการอ่านให้กับเด็กมีการเรียนรู้ครบทั้ง 8 กลุ่มสาระผู้บริหารควรกระตุ้นส่งเสริม ให้ครู และบูรณาการกิจกรรม
