criterion for academic journal approvement

With reference to the document of The civil service commission who  had issued the criterian for academic journal recognition in 2019, which was published in Royal Gazette.

Those academicians who were interested to publish their own academic articles may be requested to consult the guideline as directed by the announcement of the civil service commission.
