Method in Thai Language Learning Management of Teacher effect to Learning Process of Primary School Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the learning management method of Thai language teachers at Surin Kindergarten School, Surin Province. 2) Study the learning process of students in grade 6.The findings can be summarized as follows.
1) The method for learning management of Thai language teachers is divided into 3 steps consisting of 1) analyzing individual learners, preparation of learning management, found that teachers study and analyze the curriculum make a learning plan. Design learning activities determining the objectives, content, media. 2) The learning activity management uses interdisciplinary integration. Many methods of teaching, namely, asking questions group study together, discuss, summarize, review previous knowledge, present media work, use word-of-word charts , picture charts, word cards, picture cards, work sheets, verse charts, question strips, answer cards in the classroom. Atmosphere, found that teachers and students place is appropriate with academic corners, signs, and sufficient lighting. There are television tools students fun with teaching enthusiastic regarding interaction between teachers and learners and between the learners and the learners having good interaction with each other students are free and assertive. Dare to comment on the reinforcement the students received. It is a compliment which is a continuous positive reinforcement when doing correct teaching and learning activities. 3) Evaluation process uses research methods, summaries, discussions, answers to questions, analyze ideas, write summaries, do exercises, and test.
2) The learning process of students from the learning management of teachers is divided into 3 areas 1) Participation in the learning process found that students are well prepared for their interest in the lesson attended the class in unison enthusiastic, interested in answering questions Tidy student work hard, be kind. 2) Interaction between teachers and students. And between students found that the classroom has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Not serious Students are enjoying the lessons. Unity helps each other work. Generosity represents a good interaction between teachers and students. And between students together. 3) In the learning achievement of the teacher tests, it was found that The students scored at a very good level for every one.
