Modal Pop Music: A Case Study of Lady Gaga’s Music

Abstract
A composers of Pop Music at the present times, often used Western music theory for composition of music. There were few songs that used Modal Music in their compositions. Meanwhile, the famous American artist “Lady Gaga” wrote song that used the Modal Music. This article analyzed the songs that Lady Gaga used in Modal Music to provide inspiration and guidance for the next generation of composers in composing Modal Music.
