A Competency in Classroom Action Research of the Student Teachers in School Practicum of Thai Program, Faculty of Education, Buriram Rajabhat University in Academic Year 2022

Abstract

This research aimed to study a competency in classroom action research of the student teachers in school practicum of Thai Program, Faculty of Education, Buriram Rajabhat University in academic year 2022. The sample group was selected from the first batch of voluntary students in 24 persons. The tool for collection of research was the test with reliability at .72 and the questionnaire about classroom action research with reliability at .96. The data were analyzed by means and standard deviation. The result of finding was that the student teachers were able to pass a test at 60%, accounting for 91.67, whereas, the competency in classroom action research in the item of skill and attitude for doing a research was found at the most level in all items, which reflected that the student teachers have the knowledge and trust in doing classroom research.
