บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนานักเล่าเรื่องน้อยชุมชนตำบลบึงเจริญ อำเภอบ้านกรวด จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ทุนทางวัฒนธรรมมาพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกปฏิบัติการสร้างนักเล่าเรื่องน้อย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนในเขตพื้นที่ชุมชนสายตรีพัฒนา 3 และชุมชนสายตรีพัฒนา 7 จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทุนทางวัฒนธรรม หลักสูตรการพัฒนานักเล่าเรื่องน้อย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เทศบาลตำบลบึงเจริญ อำเภอบ้านกรวด มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญคือ ต้นผึ้งร้อยรังและพิพิธภัณฑ์ยุคก่อนประวัติศาสตร์ 3,000 ปี วัดป่าพระสบาย สามารถจำแนกเนื้อหาเป็น 6 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วย 1) ประวัติความเป็นมาของชุมชนสายตรีพัฒนา 3 2) ประวัติความเป็นมาของชุมชนสายตรีพัฒนา 7 3) ประวัติและที่มาของต้นผึ้งร้อยรัง ศาลพ่อปู่บุญมาร้อยรัง 4) ประวัติความเป็นมาของประเพณีตีผึ้ง 5) ประวัติความเป็นมาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ยุคก่อนประวัติศาสตร์ 3,000 ปี วัดป่าพระสบาย และ 6) วัตถุโบราณ ต่าง ๆ ที่จัดแสดงในพิพิธภัณฑ์ ส่วนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรนักเล่าเรื่องน้อย มีหน่วยการเรียนรู้ 5 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 15 ชั่วโมง ภายใต้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 10 แผน ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพที่ 87.87/91.22
