การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์อักขรวิธีของคำโบราณ จากกฎหมายโบราณจังหวัดพิษณุโลก

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอักขรวิธีของการเขียนคำโบราณและจำแนกประเภทของคำที่ปรากฏในเอกสารต้นฉบับกฎหมายโบราณจังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางเอกสาร โดยเอกสารที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ ต้นฉบับกฎหมายโบราณ เอกสารจากสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม จำนวน 46 ฉบับ ซึ่งปริวรรตเป็นภาษาไทยปัจจุบันโดยผู้วิจัย และประยุกต์ใช้กรอบแนวคิดของการศึกษาเอกสารโบราณพิษณุโลกจากสมเกียรติ ติดชัย ผลการศึกษาพบคำโบราณจำนวน 130 คำ สามารถแบ่งออกตามรูปแบบของอักขรวิธีได้ 7 รูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบที่ 1 อักขรวิธีคล้ายกับปัจจุบัน จำนวน 51 คำ (พบมากที่สุด) รูปแบบที่ 2 อักขรวิธีมีทั้งคล้ายกับปัจจุบันและไม่เหมือนกับปัจจุบัน จำนวน 23 คำ รูปแบบที่ 3 อักขรวิธีไม่เหมือนกับปัจจุบัน จำนวน 22 คำ รูปแบบที่ 4 อักขรวิธีมีทั้งคล้ายกับปัจจุบันและเหมือนกับปัจจุบันทุกประการ จำนวน 15 คำ รูปแบบที่ 5 อักขรวิธีเหมือนกับปัจจุบันทุกประการ จำนวน 11 คำ รูปแบบที่ 6 อักขรวิธีมีทั้งคล้ายกับปัจจุบัน เหมือนกับปัจจุบันทุกประการ และไม่เหมือนกับปัจจุบัน จำนวน 7 คำ และรูปแบบที่ 7 อักขรวิธีมีทั้งเหมือนกับปัจจุบันทุกประการและไม่เหมือนกับปัจจุบัน จำนวน 1 คำ คำโบราณที่พบนั้นสามารถแบ่งออกเป็นคำประเภทต่าง ๆ ตามการจำแนกคำได้ 4 ประเภท คือ 1. คำนาม จำนวน 105 คำ 2. คำกริยา จำนวน 21 คำ 3. คำวิเศษณ์ จำนวน 3 คำ และ 4. เป็นทั้งคำกริยาและคำนาม จำนวน 1 คำ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นคู่มือการปริวรรตกฎหมายโบราณพิษณุโลกอีกฉบับหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้ผู้สนใจกฎหมายโบราณเข้าใจถึงบริบทของคำโบราณ และจะทำให้ผู้ปริวรรตหรืออ่านกฎหมายโบราณสามารถอ่านเอกสารต้นฉบับได้อย่างถูกต้องและแม่นยำมากยิ่งขึ้น
