MEMBER’S SATISFACTION TOWARDS ADMINISTRATORS COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION NOBPITAM DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper were as follows:- 1) To study the member’s satisfaction towards administrators co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) To compare the satisfaction toward administrators co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, degree of educations, and incomes as differently. 3) to study the suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions in co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, The population were members of co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table, got the sample at the number of 248 persons, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire, both closed and open end, data analysis by instant computer program, the statistical analysis was carried out by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Z-test F-test and Scheffe’s post hoc comparison.

          The results found that:-

          the member’s satisfaction towards administrators co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overviewed was at moderate level, identified in terms of sexes, ages, degree of educations, incomes found that by including was at moderate level, when considered in each aspects found that committee administrative aspect, participation administrative aspect, communication aspect were at moderate level but service providing aspect was at low level.

          The comparative results of satisfaction towards administrators co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province identified in terms of sexes was different as statistical significance at 0.01 ages and incomes were different as statistical significance at 0.001 but degree of educations was different as statistical significance at 0.05

The suggestion were concerned with problems and resolutions in administrative of co-operative agricultural society administrative organization, Nobpitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, the problems were less of agricultural credit, so late of step service, loan was complexity, less of information in process, the resolutions, there should provide member for procedure assessment, reduce of stage in money loan in rapidly, there should be more magazines, beads for public information, electronic information for members.
