AN APPLICATION OF IDDHIPADA DHAMMA IN WORK PERFORMANCE OF OFFICIALS IN LANSAKA DISTRICT OFFICE, LANSAKA DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper were as follows. 1) To study an application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) To compare an application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, marital statuses and monthly incomes as differently. 3) To study on suggestion for the problem and resolution on an application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population were composed of officians and staffs in Lansaka district office, Lansaka disrtict, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, There are about 259 persons, sample size with Krejcie and morgan’s table measurement, the samples were about 155 persons, simple random sampling was used by lotto, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire, the statistics were analyzed as follows; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD method.

The findings were as follows.

• The application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview for four aspects were at more level when comsidered in each aspect found that the aspect of Chanda was the highest mean and followed up the aspect of Vimansa and the aspect of Viriya was the lowest mean respectively, when classified in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, statuses and monthly incomes found that there were at more level.


• The comparative result on application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, statuses, and monthly incomes found that there were not different as statistically significance at .05 by including.


• The suggestion on problem and resolution on application of Iddhipada Dhamma in work performance of officians in Lansaka district office, Lansaka district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that the aspect of Viriya (Effort) was the highest frequency i.e. lots of works as a result, they could not make it success in time table. The resolution found that the aspect of Viriya (Effort) was the highest frequency i.e. there should assign work eighter local or sub-local.
