THE PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO IDDHIPADA 4 IN STUDY OF STUDENTS IN PHRABOROMMATATUPITAKVITTAYA SCHOOL, MUANG DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this this research were as follow :-  1) to study Iddhipada 4 of the students in Phraborommatatpitakvittaya School, Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) to compare in the different of age, average grade point, educational level and the length of period that the students live in the school as a monk.  3) The information is to study and recommend also support the performance of the student by following Iddhipada 4 during their studying in Phraborommatatpitakvittaya School. We use the samples by using table Krejcie and Morgan. The samples are 132 student monks. The instrument to collect data is open answer and close answer questionnaires. Data  analysis  by instant computer program, statistical analysis by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard  deviation, Z.test  and  F.test

          The results found  that :-

          We found that by the performance according to Iddhipada 4 of students of  Phraborommatatpitakvittaya School by age, average grade point, educational level and the length of period that the student live in the school as a monk is in a high level. The highest level is Janta ; the satisfaction, Viriya; try - attemp-willing to do , Vimongsa ; wisdom- intellect- reasonable is in the high level. The comparison of research that concern to Iddhipada 4 of the students in Phraborommatatpitakvittaya School , when we divide by age, average grade point, educational level and the length of living in the temple, the significant is .001

          The recommendation and the way to support Iddhipada 4 of Phraborommatatpitakvittaya School , we found that there are less  learning method. There are less activities to find out the wisdom of learning. There are less attention to the lesson. Their mind are not stable. There do not alert to learn and study. The way to support  is the management should design many activities to make the students alert and have more ideas.  The students  should find out the  way to study by themselves. The teacher should take the student to study outside the area. The management and teacher should create more activities to make the student have good mind and have positive attitude to study.
