PEOPLE’S PARTICIPATION IN INFRA-STRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION : A CASE STUDY OF KHUAN NONGHONG SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, CHA-UAT DISTRICT NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper were as follows:-  1) to study people’s  participation  in  infra-structure  administration of Khuan  Nonghong  sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat  district  Nakhon  Si Thammarat  province.  2) To compare people’s  participation in  infra-structure  administration of Khuan  Nonghong  sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat  district  Nakhon  Si Thammarat  province in the difference information of age, educational level and difference carreer.  3) To study the recommendation about the problem and the way to solve the problem people’s  participation  in  infra-structure administration of Khuan Nonghong sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat district Nakhon Si Thammarat  province. Use the samples by 136 people. The instrument to collect data is open answer and close answer questionnaires. Analyze the information by auto statistic programme in Computer to find frequency, percentage, diversion and to find value of Z.test F.Test. and LSD (Least Significant Difference)

          The findings revealed as follows:-

          People’s participation in infra-structure administration of  Khuan  Nonghong  sub-district administrative organization, Cha-uat district Nakhon Si Thammarat province, the general picture is in the middle level. When divide by age, educational level and career, is in the middle level. The result of comparison people’s  participation  in  infra-structure  administration of Khuan Nonghong sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat district Nakhon Si Thammarat province the significant is .001

          The recommendation and the way to support people’s participation in infra-structure  administration of Khuan Nonghong sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat district  Nakhon  Si Thammarat  province. The people recommend about the payment for the participant when they attend the meeting. For the previous time they didn’t get any payment.  The people are not proud with the participation. Khuan Nonghong sub-district administration organization, Cha-uat district should ask the people in the community to evaluate the performance with any projects.
