PEOPLE’S OPINION TOWARDS PURPOSIVE CHARACTERS OF MEMBERS OF PRIK SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, THUNG YAI DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper were follows:- 1) to study the people’s opinion towards purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat  2) to compare the people’s opinion towards purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat In the difference of sex, age, educational level,  and career  3) to study the recommendation that concern to the problem and the way to support the purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. We find out the size of the population by using tabel Krejcie and Morgan. The population are 375. The instruments to collect the data are close and open questionnaires. We use the statistic program to analyze the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, the value of  t-test F-test and LSD (Least Significant Difference).

          The results founds  that:-

          The people’s opinion towards purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat in the general is in the high level. When we divided by sex, age, educational level and career we found that in the general is high. The result of comparison of people’s opinion towards purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat by the difference of sex, age, educational level, career found that were different as the statistical significance at the level of .001.

The recommendation about problem and the way to support  the purposive characters of Prik sub-district administrative organization, Thung Yai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat.

The people recommend about activities the leader and management have not supported the organizer and local people.  There are less moral and co-ordinate to the people. The recommendation is also the management should settle activities to make good relationship with the people. They should have a morale and fare to work with others. They should support activities that concern about good relationship to Prik sub-district administrative organization.
