MODEL SCOUT ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT TO PROMOTE STUDENT LIFE SKILLS SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATION ARE 3 IN NONTHABURI

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop the model of the scout activity management for promoting life skills of secondary school students. Under the office of Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi Phase 1 research was conducted to study the state and problems of managing Scout activities for promoting life skills of secondary school students, under the office of Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi Questionnaires were collected from 216 people and interviewed by 9 experts, step 2 create a scout activity management model to promote life skills of secondary school students, under the office of Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi interview with 5 experts to check the accuracy and suitability of the model, step 3 assess the feasibility of using the scout activity management model to promote life skills of secondary school students, under the office of Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi Province data were collected from 60 samples. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and descriptive statistics.
The results of research were found that:
1. The conditions of the administration of boy scout activities to promote life skills of secondary school students under the office of secondary Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi the implementation of the management principles is at a high level.
2. Scout activity management model to promote life skills of secondary school students under the office of Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi, consisting of the establishment of the boy scout division scout command Scout teaching and learning management scout finance and reporting on boy scouts activities
3. Appropriateness and possibility of adopting the scout activities management model to promote life skills of secondary school students, under the office of secondary Educational Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi at a high level.
