DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLS FOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN COVID-19 EPIDEMIC SITUATION USING THE 3D & 3Srr SUPERVISION PROCESS

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) create knowledge and understanding of using digital technology for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process, 2) improve digital technology skills for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process, 3) study teachers’ satisfaction of using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process to develop the digital technology skills for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation, and 4) to study the satisfaction of school administrators towards teacher development in skills and application of digital technology for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation using the 3D & 3Srr supervision. The sample group consisted of 60 administrators and teachers in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Area Office 1. The research instruments were 1) the 3D & 3Srr supervision process, 2) a cognitive test of using the digital technology for learning management, 3) a skill test for using digital technology in learning management, 4) a teachers’ satisfaction questionnaire on the 3D & 3Srr supervision process, and 5) the satisfaction questionnaire of educational institution administrators on teacher development using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process.
The research showed that:
1. The teachers had more knowledge and understanding of digital technology applications for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic after using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process.
2. The teachers had more skills in applying digital technology for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic after using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process.
3. Teachers had the highest satisfaction with developing knowledge, understanding, and skills in using digital technology for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic situation using the 3D & 3Srr supervision process.
4. The educational administrators had the highest satisfaction with teacher development in applying digital technology skills for learning management in the COVID-19 epidemic using the 3D&3Srr supervision process.
