TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE AGE OF EDUCATION 4.0 ACCORDING TO THE OPINIONS OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

     The purposes of this research were as follow; 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators in the era of education 4.0 under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) to compare the transformational leadership of school administrators in the education 4.0 era under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by position, educational background, and work experience, and 3) To study the suggestions for transformational leadership of school administrators in the era of education 4.0 under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population used in this research were teachers working in educational institutions under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, Academic Year 2021, totaling 2,620 people. The sample group of teachers working in educational institutions in the area of Thung Song District under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2, academic year 2021, totals 335 students. The tools used in this research were: the questionnaire has a 5-point estimation scale, the content validity check is 1.00, and the confidence is .97. The analytical statistic is: One-Way Analysis of Variance

The results showed that;

1. The transformational leadership of school administrators in the Education 4.0 era was under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall, and each aspect was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of influence was ideological. have the highest average, followed by consideration of individuality and intellectual stimulation, which has the lowest average.

2. A comparison of the transformational leadership of school administrators in the 4.0 era of education under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by position, educational background, and work experience Every aspect is the same.

3. Suggestions on the transformational leadership of school administrators in the Education 4.0 era under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that school administrators must be intelligent and accepted by their colleagues. School administrators must make colleagues feel willing when working with school administrators to be friendly with their subordinates. School administrators must create an atmosphere conducive to thinking and solving problems. School administrators support teachers in developing according to their individual potential.
