The Relationship between Organization Value of Administrators and School Administration under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 3

This research aimed to 1) study the organization value of administrators, 2) study the school administration, and 3) analyze the relationship between organization value of administrators and school administration under the secondary education service area office 3. The research sample was the schools’ administrators under the secondary education service area office 3 on academic year 2016. The total respondents were 113 people from 47 schools by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire was used as a research tool for collecting data. The five-point Likert scale type was use with the reliability value 0.99. The statistical techniques applied were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The hypotheses were tested at significant level of 0.01.
The results revealed that 1) the schools’ administrators were having overall opinion relating to the organization value as highest level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were rated highest. The mean scores were descended as job aspect, relation aspect, status aspect, and change aspect. 2) the schools’ administrators were having general opinion concerning school administration as highest level. If focus closely to each aspect, each aspects was rated as highest. The mean score could be descended as personal aspect, budget aspect, academic aspect, and general administration aspect. 3) the administrators’ organization value had positive relationship with the school administration under the secondary education service area office 3 at moderate level ( = 0.6987) with statistical significant level of 0.01. In more ranking details, it was found that the status aspect of administrators’ organization value had positive relationship on the school administration at high level. Furthermore, for the aspect of change, relation, and job, they were found having relationship on school administration as moderate level.
