Academic Administration: Concepts and Integration of Buddhist Principles

Abstract
This academic article aims to present strategies for academic management based on Buddhist principles, focusing on integrating concepts and theories of academic management with Buddhist teachings to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving set goals. This includes planning academic work that encompasses the scope of academic management tasks, organizing structures that align with the mission of learning management, learning standards, quality assurance in education, and assessing and evaluating learning outcomes. Additionally, it addresses the use of leadership in managing academic affairs to drive operations effectively and the supervision and monitoring of educational activities to ensure they align with the goals established by the curriculum.
