Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the current conditions, desired conditions, and needs of collaborative network administration for promoting student life skills under the Nong Khai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) develop appropriate administrative guidelines to enhance such collaboration. A mixed-methods approach was employed in two phases: a quantitative phase, involving 278 administrators and teachers as the sample group, and a qualitative phase, in which semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts.
The findings revealed that:

1) The current condition was at a moderate level. The highest mean was found in collaborative operations, while the lowest means were in shared vision setting and evaluation and improvement. The desired condition was at the highest level, with shared vision setting having the highest mean, and member identification the lowest. The PNIModified index ranged from 0.344 to 0.473, with the highest need in the area of shared vision setting.

2) The proposed guidelines for effective network administration to promote student life skills comprised five key components: (1) Member identification (2) Vision Alignment and Setting (3) Information Sharing and Interaction (4) Collaborative Implementation (5) Evaluation and Improvement.
