Development of Program to Strengthen Learning Individuals in the Digital Era for School Administrators Under Surin Primary Education Area Office 2

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the current conditions, desired conditions, and needs for developing and evaluating a program designed to enhance competencies of lifelong learning in the Digital Era School Administrators under Surin Primary Education Area Office 2. This research employed mixed methods. The sample consisted of 128 school administrators from the academic year 2024, selected through stratified random sampling based on school districts. Research instruments included questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and a program suitability and feasibility evaluation form. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and the needs index. The research found that the overall current condition of lifelong learning in the Digital Era was at a moderate level, while the desired condition was at the highest level. The assessment of needs showed the highest to lowest the following priorities by creativity, love of learning, ability to use communication technologies, and curiosity. The developed program focusing on principles, objectives, content, implementation methods, and evaluation processes. It included four modules consisting of curiosity, creativity, love of learning, and communication technology skills. The program's suitability and feasibility were rated at the highest level in two aspects.
