A study of Self-Leadership Dimensions in Educational Leadership

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study A study of Self-Leadership Dimensions in Educational Leadership. The research methodology was divided into two phases: Phase 1 involved synthesizing documents and research related to self-leadership components of school administrators. Phase 2 involved evaluating the suitability of these components by 5 experts. The research instruments included a document analysis form and a 5-level rating scale suitability assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results indicated that the self-leadership components of school administrators consisted of 5 components: 1) Self-Awareness, 2) Self-Management, 3) Self-Motivation, 4) Creativity, and 5) Self-Development. The evaluation of the suitability of the components by experts revealed that the overall suitability was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the component with the highest suitability was Self-Management, followed by Self-Development and Self-Awareness, respectively.
