Implementation of Internal Educational Quality Assurance with the Participation of Chaiya District Learning Encouragement Center Surat Thani Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the operational conditions of internal educational quality assurance, 2) study the operations of internal educational quality assurance with the participation, and 3) present internal educational quality assurance operations with the participation of the Chaiya District Learning Promotion Center. Under the jurisdiction of the Surat Thani Provincial Learning Promotion Office. Use qualitative research methods. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with 15 people involved, 5 people who provided insights, and 7 group discussions with experts. Data were analyzed inductively. The research findings were as follows: 1. Operating conditions for internal educational quality assurance of the Chaiya District Learning Promotion Center Under the Surat Thani Provincial Learning Promotion Office, it was found that there are guidelines for educational quality assurance in accordance with the 2019 Non-Formal and Informal Education Standards, but there is still a lack of management that emphasizes the participation of personnel within the educational institution. In planning meetings, operations, monitoring/evaluation, summary of results/improvement/editing. In the quality consideration, the quality of students or service recipients, the quality of education, and the quality of management of educational institutions are considered. 2. Implementation of internal educational quality assurance with the participation of the Chaiya District Learning Promotion Center, under the Surat Thani Provincial Learning Promotion Office. It was found that the implementation of educational quality assurance, according to the 2019 standards for non-formal and informal education, applied the principles of participation in thinking/studying and researching. Participating in planning/policy activities. Participating in decision-making and implementation. Joint control/monitoring and evaluation. With the PDCA quality cycle, three quality considerations have been established: 1) the quality of students or service recipients, 2) the quality of educational provision, and 3) the quality of management of educational institutions. 3. Implementation of internal educational quality assurance with the participation of the Chaiya District Learning Promotion Center Under the Surat Thani Provincial Learning Promotion Office, it was found that all experts agreed that it was appropriate. There is a possibility, it is useful, and can be used.
