Developing a School Management Model that Promotes Teachers' Digital Technology Competencies to Foster Student Excellence in Science and Technology at Chulabhorn Royal Academy Science School, Lopburi

Abstract
This research aims to develop a school management model that enhances teachers' digital technology competencies to improve students' excellence in science and technology at Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Lopburi. The study is divided into four phases: 1. Phase 1 involves studying the components, current conditions, necessary needs, characteristics of excellence in science and technology of students, and management strategies that promote teachers' competencies in digital technology to develop students toward excellence in science and technology. 2. Phase 2 consists of creating and testing a model and a manual for using the management model that enhances teachers' competencies in digital technology for developing students' excellence in science and technology. 3. Phase 3 assesses the results of using the model and the manual for the school management model that promotes teachers' competencies in digital technology to develop students toward excellence in science and technology. 4. Phase 4 focuses on evaluating and certifying the model and the manual for the school management model that enhances teachers' competencies in digital technology to develop students toward excellence in science and technology. The research findings reveal that: 1. The model comprises six components: principles, objectives, concepts and theories, content, assessment and evaluation, and success conditions. Experts have commented that it is appropriate. 2. The overall digital technology competency of teachers is at a very high level. The characteristics of excellence in students' science and technology show that the learning areas with the highest average academic achievement are also at a very high level. Over the years, students of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Lopburi, have received 4 national awards and 8 international awards. Additionally, the satisfaction levels of deputy school directors and teachers with the model and manual for using the management model, which enhances teachers' digital technology competencies, are very high. 3. The evaluation results certifying the model and the manual for the school management model that promotes teachers' competencies in digital technology to develop students toward excellence in science and technology at Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Lopburi, are overall at a very high level. The aspects with the highest evaluation scores are appropriateness, usefulness, and feasibility; all aspects meet the evaluation criteria.
