Abstract

The objective of this research is The purpose of this research was to study the leadership and the performance of the administrators of the educational institutes under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 to compare leadership and practice. The population used in the research consisted of Populations in this research were educational institute administrators and civil servants under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, academic year 2021, classified by position in work. and the size of educational institutions, namely 107 small school administrators, 98 medium school administrators, 3 large school administrators, 545 small school teachers, 1,301 medium school teachers. There were 85 civil servants and teachers of large educational institutions, totaling 1,931 persons using questionnaires to collect data. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of percentage values, arithmetic mean. Standard deviation and T-test (t-test) and F-test (F-test). Under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Elementary Education Service Area 3, the overall and individual aspects were at a high level. In order to develop towards excellence in motivation, it was found that potential leaders must have leadership development skills, namely Have skills in the knowledge and ability to motivate work. This is to be an important encouragement in creating quality work that is evident to the society. In terms of trust, it was found that administrators should build confidence and trust among teachers in teaching and learning management or expressing opinions in various activities of educational institutions and administrators should be open to opportunities and accept opinions. of personnel in creating new works.
