Abstract
This research aims to develop and study the effect of science learning activities to promotes the ability to the creating invention ability of grade 5 students under the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 . The target group used in this research were 23 primary school students in the first semester of the academic year 2021 at Ban Nong Khai Nok School that two group consisted of 13 students who were able to study online and 10 who could not study online, who had organized an on-hand teaching method. Research tools were: 4 lesson plans based on science learning activities and the creating invention ability assessments. Data analysis were mean and percentage. The Result showed that the science learning activities to promotes the creating invention ability consisted of 4 stages: 1) Engagement 2) Explore and Experiment 3) Explain and Discussion 4) Evaluation and Reflect on what has been learned and the students who received the Science Online Learning activities had a high level of inventiveness, for the students who received on-hand learning activities, their ability to create inventions was at a moderate level.
