The Guidelines for Development Efficiency of Supplies Administration in School under The Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office Area 2

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) study the current situations, desirable situations and needs of efficiency development on supplies administration in schools under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) investigate the guidelines of efficiency development on supplies administration in schools under Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research was mixed method. The sample of the study was 210 administrators and teachers selected from 70 schools with 3 those who were responsible for supplies section in the academic year of 2022. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview form. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that 1) the results of current situations yielded that the overall result was at high level, the results of desirable situations pointed out that overall rated in the highest level, the results of need analysis revealed that the most aspect needed was keeping, noting, withdrawing, procurement, borrowing, maintenance and inspection, and supplies commerce respectively, 2) the results of studying the guidelines for efficiency development on supplies administration revealed that there were 6 guidelines comprised of 1) participatory of drafting the handout of procurement, 2) working system of procedures in supplies withdrawing and categorizing supplies, 3) checking before supplies borrowing and returning gingerly, 4) maintenance and inspection the supplies and repairing regularly, 5) transparency in commerce legally, and 6) provision and supporting personnel to be specialized in supplies administration.
