Leadership of School Administrators on Team Building Development of the Roi Pan Sakhon Buri School Group

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to 1) study the current situations, desirable conditions and team building requirements for school administrators of Roi Phan Sakhon Buri School Group, 2) develop guidelines for team building implemented school administrators of Roi Phan Sakhon Buri School Group. The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 studied the current situation, desirable conditions and necessary requirements of team building for administrators. Participants were 136 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel at Roi Phan Sakhon Buri School Group. Phase 2 developed team building guidelines for administrators at Roi Phan Sakhon Buri School Group by investigating the best practice of 3 schools at Roi Phan Sakhon Buri School Group. Suitability and feasibility of the guidelines were evaluated by 5 experts. The research tools were questionnaires, interview forms, and assessment forms. Statistical analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the analysis of the index of need. Research results showed that 1) the overall result of current state of team building was at high level. Considered each aspect arranged from the highest to lowest was standards setting, work performing, evaluation, team building, and planning, respectively, 2) the overall result of desirable consideration was at the highest level. Considered each aspect arranged from the highest to lowest was team building, standards setting, evaluation, planning, and work performing, respectively, and 3) the development of team building guidelines involved the discipline that was divided into five aspects with 40 sub-guidelines.
