Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Interested authors can submit manuscripts directly to the editor by sending via journal website https://journal.fiet.kmutt.ac.th or online submission system of THAIJO. The author (s) must be filled out in the article submission form for publication along with attaching the original file in Microsoft Word.

Author Guidelines

The author of the article must provide the article for evaluation by typing the original with TH SarabunPSK font using Microsoft Word for Windows or similar software (see template). After published as mentioned above, the total number of pages should not exceed 12, including images and tables. The essential components should be including of title, name of article author and co-author, abstract, introduction, content, conclusion, acknowledgement (if any) and references. The details are as follows:

  • Title : concise, clear, covering important content. Please specify both Thai and English.
  • Name of author and co-author (s) : specify the first and last names of author (s) in both Thai and English without showing the title, position and qualifications, including affiliation. If there are more than one author, add the number after the names of all authors to match the affiliation of each person. Specify the symbol * at the name of corresponding author, including an E-mail address for contact.
  • Abstract : articles in Thai must have an abstract in both Thai and English, and arrange the page as a single column. The length is not more than 300 words or should not exceed 15 lines, including keywords 3-5 words for article searching.
  • Introduction : discuss the origin, necessity, purpose and importance of the article, and start arranging the page into 1 columns.
  • Text : present academic information in analysis or criticism. The research article should consist of methodology and results. The pictures, tables or charts must be numbering and labeling above the table and under the figure. The image files should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (1200 x 600 pixels).
  • Conclusion : this is a summary of the concepts derived from the article, including suggestions for the application of information from this article.
  • References : use the IEEE bibliography system with the number system which is set in large brackets [ ] at the end of the referenced text.
