Application of Dashboard on Power BI for Reporting Educational Fund

Abstract

      The purpose of this research was to apply dashboard on Power BI for reporting data visualization of educational fund in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI). This study included 3 steps: 1) reporting of the scholarship in its current form, 2) developing scholarship reporting with dashboard on Power BI and 3) assessing satisfaction with the presentation of the scholarship data diagram with a dashboard on Power BI.

            The results were found that overall, the current available reports are at a low level of satisfaction. The mean was 1.87 and the standard deviation was 0.12. While the overall report developed with dashboards on Power BI was the most satisfactory. with a mean of 4.75 and a standard deviation of 0.23. That shows that the administrators of RMUTI, official responsible for RMUTI Education Fund, the fund providers and the student receiving the scholarship that they have a need for reports developed with dashboards on Power BI.
