Abstract
This study aimed to develop a conceptual framework for leadership indicators among educational administrators based on His Majesty King Rama IX's work principles. The research objectives were to create and validate the structural model of leadership indicators and to develop an implementation manual. The study employed a mixed-methods design. The five key informants, comprising school administrators, experts, and academic officers, participated in the initial phase. Data collection involved 937 educational administrators and teachers through structured interviews and questionnaires. The analysis utilized statistical software for quantitative data and descriptive content analysis for qualitative responses. The findings revealed four main leadership components with 24 sub-components and 94 indicators: vision (28), understanding (28), clarity (26), and agility (12). Statistical analysis confirmed the structural equation model's strong fit with empirical data (χ² = 87.412, df = 76, χ²/df = 1.150, CFI = 0.996, TLI = 0.989, RMSEA = 0.028). The resulting implementation manual was validated for practical application, establishing a robust framework for assessing school administrators’ leadership capabilities aligned with His Majesty’s principles.
