บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับของคุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ของซัพพลายเชน ความยืดหยุ่นด้านโลจิสติกส์ สมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวี และสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืนของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำ 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของคุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ของซัพพลายเชน ความยืดหยุ่นด้านโลจิสติกส์ สมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวี ที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืนของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำ และ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืนของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 ราย เป็นผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางน้ำ และผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 17 รายเป็นผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานรัฐ/สมาคม) เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และเส้นทางด้วยโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการตรวจสอบกับผู้ให้ข้อมูล ผลวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ในซัพพลายเชน ความยืดหยุ่นโลจิสติกส์ และสมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวี กับสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืนของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งทางน้ำอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม โมเดลยืนยันอิทธิพลร่วม ความสัมพันธ์ซัพพลายเชนบวกต่อความยืดหยุ่นโลจิสติกส์ สมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวี และสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืน ความยืดหยุ่นโลจิสติกส์มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวีและสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชน ส่วนสมรรถนะโลจิสติกส์พาณิชยนาวีมีอิทธิพลสูงสุดต่อสมรรถนะซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืน กรอบพัฒนาซัพพลายเชนที่ยั่งยืนเน้นความสัมพันธ์ เพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นโลจิสติกส์ และยกระดับการดำเนินงานด้วยดิจิทัล โครงสร้างพื้นฐานยืดหยุ่น และพลังงานสะอาด เพื่อขนส่งน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
