อิทธิพลปัจจัยกำกับของการรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ และความมั่นใจใช้ AI ต่อความตั้งใจใช้งาน AI Chatbot เพื่อการวินิจฉัยโรคด้วยตนเอง

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของตัวแปรความคาดหวังใช้งาน ความคาดหวังประสิทธิภาพ การรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ ความมั่นใจใช้ AI และความตั้งใจใช้งาน AI Chatbot เพื่อการวินิจฉัยโรคด้วยตนเอง 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของความคาดหวังใช้งานและความคาดหวังประสิทธิภาพต่อความตั้งใจใช้งาน 3) ทดสอบบทบาทการเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางของความคาดหวังประสิทธิภาพที่เชื่อมโยงความคาดหวังใช้งานไปสู่ความตั้งใจใช้งาน 4) ทดสอบบทบาทตัวแปรกำกับของการรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ และ 5) ทดสอบบทบาทตัวแปรกำกับของความมั่นใจใช้ AI ต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคาดหวังทั้งสองด้านกับความตั้งใจใช้งาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างชาวไทยอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไปที่มีประสบการณ์ใช้ AI Chatbot เพื่อการวินิจฉัยโรคด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 670 คน เก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์แบบคัดกรอง มาตรวัดลิเคิร์ท 5 ระดับ 56 ตัวชี้วัด ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 0.96 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 วิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS และ SmartPLS 4 ผลวิจัยทุกตัวแปรอยู่ระดับมาก การรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ความคาดหวังใช้งานส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้งานสูงสุด (Total Effect = 0.358) รองลงมา คือ ความคาดหวังประสิทธิภาพ (Total Effect = 0.154) ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 56.40 ทั้งนี้ความคาดหวังประสิทธิภาพเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางบางส่วนระหว่างความคาดหวังใช้งานกับความตั้งใจใช้งาน ขณะที่การรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพและความมั่นใจใช้ AI เป็นตัวแปรกำกับความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผู้พัฒนาและหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขจึงควรออกแบบ AI Chatbot ให้ใช้งานง่าย ส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพออนไลน์ และสร้างความมั่นใจในการใช้ AI เพื่อผลักดันการใช้งานจริงอย่างยั่งยืน
