บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความผูกพันในธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ของผู้บริโภค จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความผูกพันของผู้บริโภค 2) ศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพัน 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดที่มีต่อความผูกพัน และ 4) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมผสาน โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 คน และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภค จำนวน 350 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน การถดถอยพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ ประกอบด้วย การโฆษณา การประชาสัมพันธ์ การส่งเสริมการขาย การขายโดยพนักงาน และการตลาดทางตรง ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความผูกพันของผู้บริโภค สำหรับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศมีความแตกต่างต่อความผูกพันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ขณะที่อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ไม่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ การรับรู้กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความผูกพันของผู้บริโภค โดยเฉพาะการส่งเสริมการขายและการขายโดยพนักงาน ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความผูกพันได้ร้อยละ 65.4 และโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดี ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างความผูกพันของผู้บริโภค และสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนากลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของธุรกิจค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
