ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมและการทำงานเป็นทีมในองค์กรธุรกิจ MICE

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบผสมผสานแบบลำดับขั้นเชิงอธิบาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม การเรียนรู้ขององค์กร ประสิทธิผลของทีม และผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ MICE 2) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมต่อการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร ประสิทธิผลของทีม และผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ และ 3) ศึกษาบทบาทการส่งผ่านของการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร (OL) และประสิทธิผลของทีม (TE) ในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม (IL) และผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร (OP) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณมีการเก็บข้อมูลจากบุคลากรในธุรกิจ MICE จำนวน 300 คน ด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงร่วมกับการกำหนดโควตา และวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหาร ผู้จัดการโครงการ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรม MICE จำนวน 15 คน เพื่ออธิบายผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในบริบทของอุตสาหกรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมมีระดับสูงที่สุด และมิติการจัดสรรทรัพยากรและเครือข่ายเพื่อสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ผลการวิเคราะห์ยืนยันว่าแบบจำลองมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เป็นอย่างดี (χ²/df = 1.068, GFI = .948, CFI = .995, RMSEA = .015) โดย IL มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อ OL, TE และ OP อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ รวมทั้งมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมส่งผ่านแบบลำดับขั้นในเส้นทาง IL → OL → TE → OP และแบบจำลองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรได้ร้อยละ 60.8 ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพยืนยันว่า ผู้นำที่สนับสนุนนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาทีมและองค์กร ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การพัฒนา Smart MICE Organization อย่างยั่งยืน จำเป็นต้องบูรณาการภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม การเรียนรู้ขององค์กร และประสิทธิผลของทีม เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถการแข่งขัน
