การพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับการจัดการคลังสินค้า แบบหมุนเวียน: กรณีศึกษากระบวนการบรรจุเม็ดพลาสติกในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และอธิบายสภาพปัญหาในกระบวนการบรรจุเม็ดพลาสติกในประเทศไทย และ เพื่อสร้างแนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับระบบการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องของการจัดการคลังสินค้าแบบหมุนเวียน ช่วยลดต้นทุนการจัดการถุงบรรจุขนาดใหญ่และลดเวลาที่ส่งผลต่อผลิตภาพในขั้นตอนการบรรจุ ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี พื้นที่วิจัยเป็นสถานประกอบการผู้ผลิตเม็ดพลาสติกในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเขตอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ขั้นตอนการบรรจุในคลังสินค้าของอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตเม็ดพลาสติก ตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานผลิตและคลังสินค้า สุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น การใช้แบบบันทึกเวลา แบบสัมภาษณ์ เริ่มจากการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพในสภาพปัจจุบัน และกระบวนการทำงานด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสรุปข้อความด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมในสายการผลิตใช้บันทึกภาคสนาม และแบบสอบถามเป็นข้อคำถามด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงงาน การศึกษาวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน ร่วมกับการสำรวจความคิดเห็น สรุปการศึกษา มิติด้านผลิตภาพด้วยค่าเวลาดีขึ้น 19.33% และอัตราการปรับปรุงเพิ่มขึ้น 18.5% ผลการศึกษาแสดงผลลัพธ์ด้วยกรอบแนวทางปฏิบัติโครงการด้านการปรับปรุงและตัวบ่งชี้ในมิติผลิตภาพ กับความสามารถในการหมุนเวียนวัสดุมาใช้ใหม่ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก งานวิจัยนี้ช่วยสังเคราะห์หลักการนำสู่การขยายผลต่อในกระบวนการย่อยอื่น ๆ และเป็นองค์ความรู้ข้อค้นพบในรูปแบบการปรับปรุงการทำงานประจำวันจากการศึกษากระบวนการโดยคัดเลือกขั้นตอนที่สร้างผลกระทบตัวบ่งชี้ด้านผลิตภาพ และความสามารถในการใช้วัสดุหมุนเวียนได้แนวทางการดำเนินงานเป็นแนวทางปรับปรุงตามหลักการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องในกระบวนการคลังสินค้าหมุนเวียน
