Characterizing the atheling characters in Television Series : Netflix's The Crown

Abstract

The reseacher has examine the characters in Netflix's The Crown television series through Robert McKEE's Three levels of conflict theory. Elizabeth II, the queen, was brought into three levels of conflict in each sampled episode such as Personal Conflict,Interpersonal Conflict, Extra-Personal Conflict. Furthermore, the objective behind each level of conflict has projecting the wit and sacrification of The Queen. Peter Morgan, writer and showrunner of The Crown, archive the success in telling her majesty's honor by characterizing her character as the woman who has to deal with many problems in her reign.
